Leigh Norber serves as Director of Operations for Park Life Orlando at Keller Williams Winter Park and has been a licensed Realtor since 2016. A Central Florida native, Leigh brings a rare depth of local knowledge shaped by a lifetime spent living, working, and raising her family in the region. Community has always been central to Leigh’s work. She has dedicated significant time to volunteering with the Jewish Community of Greater Orlando and Orange County Public Schools, reinforcing her belief that strong neighborhoods are built through meaningful connection and service. Winter Park holds particular significance, as it is where both of her children, Jackson and Ruby, were raised.

She enjoys thrifting for distinctive home décor and fashion, appreciating the beauty of curated spaces and well-lived homes.
