The Hometown Heroes Program has reopened as of today. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to assist Florida buyers with 5% towards their closing costs and down payment. However, we must act quickly to take full advantage of this opportunity.
Hometown Heroes Program Details:
• Availability: The program has returned for a limited time starting today and available every other Tuesday until the funds from any previous loan fallout is depleted. There is $3.5M available as of 10a today. We must have an address and active contract as the reservation and loan must be delivered to FL Housing within 60 days of securing the funds.
• Updates: We will receive program updates every other Tuesday, but please note that funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Who Qualifies: The Hometown Heroes program supports first-time homebuyers in FL (veterans are exempt from this requirement) that work a min 35 hours in a FL base company.
