Living in Colonial Town Center offers residents a dense suburban feel. In Colonial Town Center there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Centrally located to all desirable areas: Mills 50, Audubon park, Downtown, Colonialtown, the Milk District, and Winter Park.

Riverview

Riverview is a suburb located in Hillsborough County, Florida. The area has experienced significant growth in recent years, with new housing developments, shopping centers, and businesses popping up throughout the community.
