Every swing of the hammer, interior layout reimagined, and home overhaul has led him to take his passion of real estate to help people buy and sell their home.

With his wife as an interior design professional, Joel has the ability to see a clear vision and upside potential in any home. His hands-on experience with property rehabs is a tremendous value add to first-time homebuyers, real estate investors, and those looking to understand Orlando’s thriving neighborhoods.

Joel received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and has proudly called Orlando his home for two decades. His over 20 years of business experience ranging from residential construction to large scale eCommerce development, brings a wide range of business acumen to Keller Williams Winter Park.

In his free time, you will find Joel with his wife and 3 kids hustling to the next kid’s sporting event or dining at a favorite local eatery. As a survivor of heart failure, he is a believer in holistic living and encourages everyone he meets to pursue joy, take care of their body, and live with gratitude for the many blessings in life.
